Whenever the media has a “hate crime” hoax to peddle, the target is usually either white, Christian, conservative, American, or all of the above.
Typically with such a narrative, the fear-mongering encourages us to run and hide under the bed from the big, bad “white supremacist” bogeyman.
In Texas, earlier this week, a Muslim Pakistani British national held hostage a Jewish congregation inside a temple and was ultimately killed by authorities.
A tense hours-long standoff at the Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, a city in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, ended with all hostages safe and Malik Faisal Akram, a 44-year-old British Muslim shot dead by police after he reportedly demanded the release of convicted terrorist Aafia Siddiqui who is serving an 86-year sentence in a Texas prison.
Before it was even clear what had occurred, Michigan’s liberal Attorney General Dana Nessel blamed the situation on “white supremacists.”
The Pakistan-born Siddiqui, aka “Lady al Qaeda,” was convicted in 2010 on charges that she attempted to kill U.S. service members in Afghanistan after she was arrested in connection with an alleged al Qaeda “mass casualty attack.”
He had documents showing how to make “dirty bombs, chemical weapons and how to weaponize the Ebola virus,” according to a report by Fox News.
Siddiqui, who also reportedly has ties to 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Muhammad, is also a rabid antisemite but people would never know it from reading an Associated Press profile on her which neglects to mention her hatred of Jews, a major omission considering the nature of the Texas synagogue incident.
What AP didn’t bother mentioning is that she informed jurors that she was “boycotting” her own trial unless Jews were excluded, “If they have a Zionist or Israeli background…they are all mad at me,” she said.
Siddiqui also told a Manhattan federal judge, “I have a feeling everyone here is them – subject to genetic testing….They should be excluded if you want to be fair,” according to the New York Daily News.
“Lady Al Qaeda” also reportedly wrote a letter to the warden at the Federal Medical Center, Carswell, which she asked to be passed on to Barack Obama that was chock full of antisemitic tropes: “Study the history of the Jews.
“They have always back-stabbed everyone who has taken pity on them and made the ‘fatal’ error of giving them shelter. … and it is this cruel, ungrateful back-stabbing of the Jews that has caused them to be mercilessly expelled from wherever they gain strength.
“This why ‘holocausts’ keep happening to them repeatedly!”
But you won’t get that context from AP.
