Third-party candidate Cornel West is taking a large percentage of the left-wing vote for the 2024 election from Democrat President Joe Biden, the latest polling shows.
President Donald Trump is leading Biden in key swing states ahead of the critical presidential election.
But a new opinion poll shows West is also taking critical votes from Biden.
48 percent of swing state voters would back Trump while only 41 percent would back Biden.
This was before cocaine was discovered in the West Wing of the Biden White House, however.
But the real bad news for Biden is that Cornel West, a left-wing 3rd party candidate, has 3 percent of the vote.
In a race this close, that 3% will doom Biden.
And West is no friend to Biden and has come out swinging against the Democrat president.
As Slay News reported, West recently blasted Biden as โmediocreโ and โmilquetoastโ before telling him to โget off the crack pipe.โ
Appearing on KBLAโs Tavis Smiley podcast, West said he is not taking votes away from Biden which is a big fear for Democrats.
West argues that the votes were never Bidenโs in the first place because he hasnโt earned them.
He said: โWhen somebody chooses to vote for you, youโre not pulling votes away.
โYou see, Biden doesnโt own any votes.
โHeโs got to earn it. Heโs got to earn it.
โIf the Democrats are putting out mediocre, milquetoast, neoliberal politicians who canโt say a mumbling word about militarism, canโt say a mumbling word about a serious response to poverty, canโt say a mumbling word about serious white supremacist practices โ I mean, Biden himself said America is not a racist society.
โI said, โGet off the crack pipe.โ
โIf they produced a candidate that spoke to the needs of precious poor and working-class folk, they wouldnโt have me.
โThey wouldnโt have to deal with that.
โTheyโve got a corporate wing of the Democratic Party that does not treat the progressive wing right.
โItโs shown over and over again.
โYou know, I supported Bernie twice.
โI supported Biden the last time.
โI did because I thought that Trumpโs fascism was such that we had to fight.
โDoes that mean that weโre choosing between a neo-fascist catastrophe and a neoliberal disaster?
โThat every Democratic president can say, โIโm not almighty, but I am the alternative. You all have no other choice to vote for me.โ
โAnd then when he gets in there, he wouldnโt be in there if it wasnโt for black folks, especially black women.โ
