Democrat President Joe Biden has just dropped another false claim, this time alleging that he “got arrested”during the civil rights movement for “standing on a porch with a black family.”
Biden told the tall tale during a “surprise” interview on “The Howard Stern Show” on Friday morning.
The president called in for an unannounced appearance on the far-left shock jock’s SiriusXM show.
“I think I should leave now,” Biden joked as Stern obediently salivated like one of Pavlov’s subjects.
“I know everyone’s going to think I’m doing a fake interview with you, but you are really here,” Stern said.
However, the live interview took a quick turn for the worse as Biden veered away from his handlers’ script.
As Slay News previously reported, the president’s campaign has adopted a new strategy of “let Joe be Joe” after failing to reign in his many gaffes and public tumbles.
Biden appears to be fully embracing this longer leash from his handers as the fake stories continue to flow.
On Stern’s show, Biden went off-script to tell a fabricated story to implant himself in the civil rights movement.
Biden recounted an alleged conversation with his mother:
“She said ‘Joey, remember’ – true story – ‘remember when they were desegregating… the neighborhood, you know, 70 homes built…and there was a black family moving in and people were down there protesting.
“‘I told you not to go down there and you went down. Remember that?
“‘And you came and got arrested for standing on the porch with a black family and they brought you back, the police?’
“I said, ‘Yeah Mom, I remember that!’”

That story was completely fabricated, however.
It’s possible that his mother could have been confused and did tell him that story.
Nevertheless, Biden was never arrested for standing on a porch with a black family.
Biden has never been arrested for any reason, despite repeated claims to the contrary.
This is not the first time Biden has told this story about the black family on the porch, either.
The Washington Post did a fact-check when Biden told the same fake story in early 2022.
The outlet concluded there is no evidence to back up Biden’s claim he was arrested on the porch.
Biden never participated in the civil rights movement, despite trying to insert himself into the history books on multiple occasions.
He has been repeatedly debunked for telling a version of this lie many times.
In 1987, Biden falsely claimed he marched in the civil rights movement and participated in “sit-ins.”
He later disavowed the claims before eventually dropping out of the presidential race.
Biden finally admitted he lied about marching in the civil rights movement.

Just last week, Biden caused outrage and widespread mockery by telling a fake story about his uncle being eaten by cannibals during World War II in Papua New Guinea.
Papua New Guinea’s Prime Minister James Marape blasted Biden over the comments.
Marape said his people were not happy about being smeared as “cannibals” by Biden.
“I’ve met him on four occasions, until today, and on every occasion, he’s always had warm regards for Papua New Guinea,” Marape said in response, seemingly surprised by Biden’s claims.
“Never in those moments (has) he spoken of PNG as cannibals,” he added.
