House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) issued his strongest warning yet to the Democrat elite, declaring that Bill and Hillary Clinton will be arrested if they refuse to testify or comply with congressional subpoenas in the expanding Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
Comer’s comments came during an interview with Real America’s Voice just hours after Congress overwhelmingly passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which President Donald Trump signed on Wednesday.
The new law forces the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release decades of Epstein-linked documents within 30 days, as Slay News reported.
When asked whether the Clintons would face consequences for stonewalling, the Kentucky Republican didn’t hesitate.
“100%,” Comer said.
“They will receive the same treatment Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro received.”
That reference wasn’t subtle.
Bannon and Navarro, both current and former Trump administration officials, were aggressively pursued, indicted, perp-walked, and prosecuted by Democrats for refusing to comply with partisan January 6 Committee subpoenas.
Comer made it clear that those standards now apply to the Clintons.
“They’re the Only Ones Who Haven’t Answered — That Ends Now”
Comer noted that Donald Trump has answered endless questions from reporters, lawyers, and congressional committees about Epstein, despite having no accusations or criminal ties to the case.
Even former Attorney General Bill Barr and former U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta were grilled under oath.
However, Comer said the Clintons have been uniquely shielded for decades.
“The Clintons have never responded,” the Oversight chair confirmed.
“They’re the one group in this investigation that’s never had to answer questions in front of a credible reporter, and they’ve certainly never answered questions from attorneys or members of Congress.”
He continued:
“We expect the Clintons to come in — or I expect the Clintons to be met with the same fate that Bannon and Navarro were met with when the Democrats were in control.”
In other words, no more protective bubble.
No more political privilege.
No more hiding behind friendly media.

Epstein Files Will Expose Democrats
Over recent months, President Trump has repeatedly stated that releasing the Epstein files will exonerate his administration and expose top Democrats, including:
- Bill Clinton
- Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers
- Billionaire Reid Hoffman
- Obama-linked political donors and operatives
Trump publicly directed Attorney General Pam Bondi last week to launch full investigations into Epstein’s connections with these individuals, as well as JPMorgan’s role in facilitating Epstein’s finances.
Bondi confirmed the DOJ is already acting, with newly discovered evidence and ongoing inquiries at the Southern District of New York.
Congress Demands Full Transparency
After years of Democrats burying Epstein documents and blocking access to the files, the House on Tuesday passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act by a near-unanimous vote.
The Senate followed immediately.
With Trump’s signature already inked, the law now forces the Justice Department to release:
- All unclassified records involving Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell
- Correspondence with high-profile individuals tied to Epstein
- Internal DOJ communications about Epstein’s death
- Case files from earlier investigations
- Evidence related to trafficking allegations
Redactions are allowed only to protect minors, sexual abuse victims, or active investigations.
Everyone else is fair game.
Clinton Panic Setting In
The political world knows the truth:
The Clintons have more to lose from the Epstein Files than anyone.
Bill Clinton is documented on Epstein’s planes, accused of visiting the financier’s “Pedophile Island,” and maintained a years-long relationship with the sex trafficker, even after his child abuse conviction.
Newly uncovered emails in the past week have already refocused attention on Clinton’s deep, unusual ties to the disgraced financier.
Now, for the first time, he and Hillary may be forced to answer questions under oath.
And Comer is making sure they can’t hide.
With Trump demanding full exposure and the DOJ legally required to release the files, and with Comer vowing arrests for noncompliance, the Epstein investigation has officially become the most dangerous scandal the Democrat establishment has faced in decades.
And the Clintons are running out of places to hide.
