Former Attorney General Eric Holder gave up the game in a humiliating way when he slammed a federal court’s decision to stop Biden administration officials from telling social media companies to censor Americans.
As Slay News reported, the court upheld the Constitution with its ruling.
Federal Judge Terry Doughty ruled that Democrat President Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Jen Psaki, Karine Jean-Pierre, and the rest of the administration were often wrong when they demanded social media companies violate the Constitution and censor the free speech of the American people.
By censoring Biden’s critics online, the administration ultimately caused actual misinformation to spread.
Nevertheless, Holder thinks the court’s action was “dangerous” and “stupid.”
“Well, this is pretty stupid,” Holder, who served under former President Obama, said of the historic ruling.
“And potentially dangerous.”

Judge Doughty issued a broad preliminary injunction limiting the federal government from policing online content in a 155-page ruling issued Tuesday.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth,’” Doughty wrote
Doughty barred White House officials and multiple federal agencies from contacting social-media companies to suppress political views and other speech normally protected from government censorship.
The judge’s July 4th opinion in Missouri v. Biden found Biden and his admin were involved in a “far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign.”
Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt said, “A Federal Judge in Missouri v. Biden just granted a preliminary injunction prohibiting the FBI, DOJ, DHS & other agencies from working with Big Tech to censor on social media Big win for the First Amendment on this Independence Day.
“I’m proud to have led the fight.”

White House officials, CDC & others are stopped cold. We need to continue the fight to take down the Vast Censorship Enterprise.
Their view of “misinformation” isn’t an excuse to censor. This is the most important free speech case in a generation.

Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said, “Federal judge orders President Biden to stop censoring his critics including me.
“The decision mentions me on page 17.
“Happy Independence Day Everyone!”
Clay Travis said: “Joe Biden’s federal government engaged in the most direct attack on the first amendment in US history through social media censorship.
“This is one of the most important district court opinions ever written.
“Holy hell, what a takedown & defense of free speech.
“I’m not kidding, everyone should read this opinion. It’s perfect.
“The most significant first amendment opinion of the covid era so far.
“Bravo Judge Doughty. LSU law grad, by the way.
“He did every Bayou Bengal proud with this one.”
