FBI Leaders Blocked Agents from Investigating Hunter Biden’s Laptop, Whistleblowers Reveal

Several FBI whistleblowers have come forward and told a top congressional lawmaker that the bureau’s leaders blocked agents from investigating Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Agents say they were barred by the agency’s top brass from probing allegations emerging from the damning “Laptop from Hell” ahead of the 2020 election.

Multiple whistleblowers have given statements to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) that FBI leaders told agents to bury the allegations rather than allow a laptop probe to influence the presidential election.

Revelations from the abandoned laptop, which were also squelched by social media companies and liberal news outlets, paint the president’s son as a drug-addled, venal degenerate.

The laptop also raises troubling questions about President Joe Biden’s own role in his son’s corrupt dealings.

“After the FBI obtained the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer shop, these whistleblowers stated that local FBI leadership told employees, ‘you will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop,’” Johnson wrote in the letter sent Tuesday to the Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

Johnson describes the whistleblowers as “individuals with knowledge of the FBI’s apparent corruption.”

The senator said the whistleblowers had reached out to his office.

As Slay News reported, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), has said at least 14 whistleblowers from within the FBI have contacted his office with information about the bureau’s handling of the investigations of conservative parents pressing for local school board reforms and the January 6 Capitol riot.

Jordan also revealed that “more” agents are willing to come forward,

The laptop, which Hunter Biden abandoned at a computer repair shop, is believed to have been in the possession of the FBI since late 2019, more than a year before the election.

The New York Post broke the story several weeks before the election, and other conservative media outlets followed suit with stories about the lurid photos, messages, and videos on the laptop.

But the liberal media, including The New York Times and Washington Post, dismissed the story as “Russian disinformation.”

Twitter even banned the New York Post for reporting on it.

Twitter and Facebook also blocked users from sharing the story.

Since then, those same media outlets have acknowledged the authenticity of the laptop.

It contains photos of Hunter Biden naked and smoking crack, unseemly discussions about his family and sexual activities, and references to the role of “the Big Guy” in corrupt dealings with foreign entities.

The “Big Guy” has been named by former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski as Joe Biden.

FBI Director Christopher Wray told lawmakers earlier this month that he could not comment on what, if anything, the bureau is doing regarding the laptop.

But he said he found reports that the bureau refused to pursue a laptop investigation ahead of the election “deeply troubling.”

Johnson called on Horowitz to investigate why the bureau, which is part of the DOJ, has apparently refused to investigate the laptop.

“I hope you understand that the longer your office stands on the sidelines and delays investigating the FBI’s actions, the harder it will be for you to uncover the truth and hold individuals accountable for wrongdoing,” Johnson wrote.

“The American people deserve transparency and expect allegations of government corruption to be fully and immediately investigated.”

As Slay News reported last month, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), wrote a letter to Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland saying “highly credible whistleblowers” had claimed that the FBI and Justice Department covered up “verified and verifiable” information on Hunter Biden in the months preceding the election.
