Geraldo Rivera is out at Fox News, the embattled host has confirmed.
Rivera confirmed the news in a video posted to social media which was recorded from his boat.
He claims that he quit Fox after the network fired him from “The Five.”
He went on social media to say: “Bumpy day on the North Atlantic.
“Anyway, I got fired from @TheFive so I quit Fox.
“After 23 years tomorrow Fox and Friends could be my last appearance on the network.
“Thanks for the memories.”

Geraldo said when he was fired from “The Five”: “Morning, it’s official, I’m off The Five.
“My last scheduled show appearances are Thursday and Friday, June 29th and 30th.
“It’s been a great run and I appreciate having had the opportunity.
“Being odd man out isn’t always easy.
“For the time being, I’m still Correspondent at Large.”
The feud between Geraldo and star anchor Greg Gutfeld started days after Tucker Carlson was fired by Fox News.
Geraldo said:
“I don’t wish ill on anybody, but there is no doubt as I said at the time-Tucker Carlson’s perverse January 6 conspiracy theory was bullsh*t.
“Having lost the election, President Trump incited an insurrection that sought to undermine our Constitutional process,” Rivera falsely claimed.
Gutfeld quickly put Geraldo in his place.
He said: “You’re a class act Geraldo.
“A real man of the people.”

Days later, Geraldo said:
“My appearances today and tomorrow on The Five have been canceled.
“I’m sure there’s a good reason. Never fear, I’ll be back week after next.
