Jenna Ellis, a lawyer for President Donald Trump, has issued a heartbreaking statement after getting hit with charges by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
As Slay News reported earlier, the Georgia grand jury has indicted President Donald Trump, charging the 45th POTUS with felony racketeering and numerous conspiracy charges.
In addition to charging Trump, the grand jury returned an indictment on Monday of 18 other people as co-defendants, including Ellis.
Eliis accused Willis and the Democrats of “criminalizing the practice of law” to pursue their get-Trump case ahead of the critical 2024 election.
However, she noted that she will put her “trust in the Lord” to see justice done.
She said:
“The Democrats and the Fulton County DA are criminalizing the practice of law.
“I am resolved to trust the Lord and I will simply continue to honor, praise, and serve Him.
“I deeply appreciate all of my friends who have reached out offering encouragement and support.”

Katrina Pierson responded to Jenna saying:
“’All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.’ – Romans 8:28.”
