The co-hosts of “The View” responded to the wild testimony of Stormy Daniels after her unhinged rants from the witness stand derailed President Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial on Tuesday.
As Slay News reported, the prosecution, the defense, and the judge overseeing the sham trial struggled to keep adult star Daniels under control.
The statements from Daniels during her testimony have led to widespread calls for a mistrial.
Daniels repeatedly blurted out inflammatory statements during her testimony that were not relevant to the case.
The defense argues that Daniels sought to make additional salacious allegations to paint Trump in a negative light before the jury.
She also made other unfounded claims that sought to frame herself as a “victim” of Trump.
Even Juan Merchant, the Biden donor Democrat judge overseeing the case, admitted he was struggling to keep Daniels in line.
“I agree that it would have been better if some of these things had been left unsaid,” Merchan said in response to multiple complaints from the defense.
During Wednesday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View,” co-host Joy Behar responded to Daniels’ testimony by arguing that Trump is a “despicable person.”
Behar insisted that Daniels’ wild statements somehow prove that Trump cannot be trusted as president.
Discussing the details of Daniels’ testimony during the New York business record case, Behar said:
“The major thing for me is he did not wear a condom.
“I’ll tell you why. First of all, this is a guy, it’s because of him they’re overthrowing Roe v. Wade all over the place.”
Interestingly, while attempting to paint Daniels as a credible “victim” who stood up to Trump, she also made derogatory comments about the adult star and her profession.
Behar continued:
“He says women who get pregnant and have abortions should be punished and here he is, you know, having unprotected sex with a porn star.
“I don’t think FDR did that or Truman or Johnson, none of them, well, maybe Kennedy might have.
“I don’t trust a guy with a nuclear codes who doesn’t think to wear a condom when he’s having sex with a porn star. I’m sorry.”
Behar added:
“The other one down in Florida, Cannon, that judge needs to be taken to task because she keeps kicking the can down the road on that whole trial with the documents which he could have given to any dictator in the world and won’t see it until after he’s in office and probably get rid of everybody he disagrees with so he may not go to jail for this but the American people can see what he is.
“He’s a despicable person and we have to remember that.
“The Evangelicals, one more thing, the Evangelicals are doubling down on him.
“They like him even more than they used to.”

However, the comments from Daniels appear to have backfired on the prosecution, led by Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
During her testimony, Daniels admitted that she “hates” Trump, as Slay News reported.
Even CNN raised the alarm by warning that her statements could result in a mistrial.
CNN legal analyst Elie Honig admitted that the cross-examination of Daniels was a disaster.
Honig said her responses under cross-examination by Trump’s team called her credibility into question.
“Her responses were disastrous!” Honig asserted.
The legal expert was referring to the moment when Daniels admitted that she “hates” Trump.
“That’s a big deal,” Honig said.
Whether or not the trial continues remains to be seen.
Nevertheless, the prosecution’s witnesses are creating an air-tight case for Trump to appeal.
