White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was caught pushing false claims while trying to downplay questions linking Democrat President Joe Biden and his family to the cocaine scandal.
Jean-Pierre said the Bidens were not at the White House on Friday and slammed a New York Post reporter for asking if the cocaine came from a family member.
She even blasted the reporter as “incredibly irresponsible” for asking such a question.
But, according to the White House pool report from Friday, all of the family, including Hunter Biden, were in fact there at the White House.
The family wasn’t there when the cocaine was discovered on Sunday, but it is not known when it was left there.
The Bidens left the White House for Camp David on Friday to spend the July 4th holiday weekend together.
New York Post reporter Caitlin Doornbos asked Jean-Pierre, “Can you say once and for all whether or not the cocaine belonged to the Biden family?”
Jean-Pierre fired back: “So…we’ve answered this…for the last 2 days…
“There has been some irresponsible reporting…
“To ask that question is actually incredibly irresponsible,” she claimed.
“The Biden family was not here Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.”

However, NY Post reporter Steven Nelson fact-checked Jean-Pierre, saying:
“Fact check: @presssec said there was ‘irresponsible’ reporting on WH cocaine because Biden family ‘were not here Friday’.
“Hunter was at WH Friday according to @EugeneDaniels2 pool report.”

Ex-Secret Service agent Dan Bongino also called out the claims coming from the White House:
“There’s absolutely ZERO chance anyone other than a family member brought that cocaine inside the White House complex.
“No chance that would make it past the mag/security checkpoints.
“Family bypasses those…at a MAG/SECURITY checkpoint you’re forced to empty your pockets, and all of your bags are checked too.
“That’s how they keep potential bio-chem weapons out.
“After working in the White House for five years, I’m convinced the cocaine story the Biden team is telling is BULLSH*T.
“DO NOT TRUST the White House version of events about the cocaine.”
