Hollywood leftist Kathy Griffin is melting down after she was permanently banned from Twitter by the new owner and CEO Elon Musk.
As Slay News reported, Musk banned Griffin on Sunday night after she violated the platform’s terms of service (TOS) by impersonating his account to spread propaganda.
Griffin edited her “blue check” Twitter account to impersonate Musk by using his name and profile image and then posted several tweets encouraging people to vote for Democrats in the midterms.
With her 2M followers and “blue check” verification badge, Griffin was able to fool some users, at a glance, that her account was Musk’s real one.
Impersonating accounts was a violation of the TOS before Musk took over the company late last month.
However, Musk seemed to soften his stance later mocking her earlier refusal to pay for her blue checkmark.
“If she really wants her account back, she can have it. For $8,” he said.
But Griffin, who had been threatening to leave Twitter to protest Musk, apparently can’t quit the social media network.
After Musk mocked Griffin for describing herself as a “comedian,” she snuck back on Twitter using her dead mother’s account to post about her meltdown.
After Griffin was banned, Benny Johnson said: “Kathy Griffin has been permanently suspended from Twitter for impersonating Elon Musk.”
Musk responded with:
“Actually, she was suspended for impersonating a comedian.”
Griffin was outraged and posted from her dead mother’s account:
“I mean… you stole that joke, you a**hole.
“People have been posting that joke for hours, you hack.
“Look, please do a better job running this company.
“It used to mean something. This is KG btw.”

She also said from that account:
“Apologize in advance for all the comments you’re gonna have to read about how ugly I am and they’re probably gonna throw you in there too.
“Oh by the way this is KG.
“I’m tweeting from my dead mother’s account.
“She would not mind.”

Andy Ngô called Griffin out, saying:
“Kathy Griffin, who was permanently suspended for breaking Twitter’s TOS by impersonating another person (in this case, @elonmusk), appears to be evading the ban by using her late mother’s Twitter account.”
Kathy said:
“Oh, for gods sake Andy, look at the date on the tweet you are referencing.
“It is from 2019.
“My wonderful mother had an account that I ran for her.
“She passed away, but I always kept the account.
“Trust me, she would be with me on this. Relax.”
