Polling Data Exposes Real Reason DNC Is Blocking Democrat Debates

The Democratic National Committee recently announced that it will not hold any televised debates for the Democrat 2024 primary.

As Slay News reported, the move comes despite Democrat President Joe Biden having two strong challengers for the nomination.

Earlier this week, Biden finally announced that he is running in 2024.

But the announcement has been far from met with enthusiasm.

It slipped through with just a video announcement in the early morning hours on Tuesday.

There was no big event and no supporters rallying about how wonderful it would be.

There has, however, been some surprising buzz from the Democrat camp, just not from Biden.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently launched his campaign to challenge Biden and has been causing quite a stir.

After RFK Jr.s initial announcement last week, he was at 14 percent.

Now this week, that support has grown.

According to new polling data from Fox News, he’s now at 19 percent.

What’s more, Marianne Williamson has also risen from 5 percent to 9 percent.

That’s a combined 28 percent of Democrat voters choosing another candidate over Biden, in just over a week.

That’s a very bad sign for Biden and a sign that even Democrats are fleeing him as the possible choice.

It’s no wonder the DNC is trying to shut down the other candidates by not having debates.

The shift is a major indication that some on the Left are rejecting the establishment candidate.

Kennedy stands out as an interesting candidate because he’s willing to fight the narrative, just like President Donald Trump.

The problem for the Democrats will be highlighted in the New Hampshire vote.

Normally that would be the first primary but, because Biden has done badly there in the past, the DNC changed the order of the primaries to benefit Biden.

But the state is still likely to hold the primary when it wants to anyway, so that’s likely to help Kennedy.

Williamson and Kennedy both blasted the decision to not have any debates.

“Too many people are too smart to accept this,” Williamson warned.

Kennedy also took them to task for the move.

He warned that the decision to block debates is proof that Democrats “rigged the system.”

“The DNC, at this point, has taken the official position that there will be no debate, and I think that’s unfortunate,” Kennedy Jr. told Breitbart about the DNC changing the primary system to have the states Biden did better in first.

“I think what the DNC did to New Hampshire is also unfortunate.

“President Biden didn’t do well there [New Hampshire]; he came in fifth.

“So they took New Hampshire, and they kicked it out of first place.

“And now they’re gonna say — they’re saying that they’re going to completely remove the delegates from New Hampshire and that we should be at this point in history,” he explained.

“When you have so many Americans who are concerned about election integrity, we should be doing everything we can in our party [Democrat Party] to show that, you know, this is not rigged, rigged system.

“That it is actually democracy… people can run and that they can get to debate and that the public is gonna be able to see them, and they’re [the DNC] doing kind of the opposite,” Kennedy Jr. continued.
