“The View” co-host Sunny Hostin has suggested that Republicans planted the classified documents that were found in the garage of one of Democrat President Joe Biden’s homes in Delaware.
During Thursday’s broadcast of the controversial ABC show, Hostin questioned whether “Republicans are behind” the bombshell discovery.
As Slay News reported, the second batch of classified material was found stacked next to Biden’s vintage Corvette.
The first batch was discovered in his private vice presidential office at the Penn Biden Center.
The discoveries have raised serious national security concerns.
Penn Biden Center has received huge donations from Communist China.
The president’s son Hunter Biden, who is compromised through shady foreign business deals, also had access to the documents in the Delaware home.
Hostin, however, suggested, without evidence, that Biden may have been set up.
“Doesn’t it feel like oppo research to you?” Hostin asked co-host Whoopi Goldberg during a discussion.
“Does it feel like the Republicans are behind it?”
“It did originally but — I’m sorry, but not — not now,” Goldberg said.
“Because one of the things — one of the things he’s saying is that, you know, some of these, some of the locations with the docs may have been shipped in the transition, may have gotten taken and put.”
The White House confirmed Thursday that classified documents were found in the garage of Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home.
Biden admitted they were kept next to his Chevrolet Corvette.
Lawyers cleaning a think tank, the Penn Biden Center, discovered other classified documents in November, according to CNN.
“The View” co-host Joy Behar complained that the discoveries could complicate efforts to prosecute President Donald Trump.
FBI agents raided Mar-a-Lago on August 8 to recover documents as part of an investigation into the handling of classified material as Trump left the White House in January 2021.
“Joe Biden is building his defense for him,” Alyssa Farah Griffin said, referencing the 45th president’s case.
“You know what I think?” Joy Behar said.
“I’ve never seen a luckier person than Donald Trump.
“Just as we’re this close to getting him, somehow these documents appear.”
Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz responded by asserting that any case against Trump has now “gone out of the window completely” after the Biden discoveries.
