Fox News Boycott Goes Viral after Tucker Carlson Ousting

Outraged Americans are rising up against the corporate heads at Fox News by boycotting the network over its decision to oust star anchor Tucker Carlson.

After news broke on Monday that Fox News and Carlson have “agreed to part ways,” people have been taking to social media to express their outrage.

Carlson’s show was a huge hit for Fox and the biggest ratings draw on all of cable news.

His show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” even pulled in more liberal viewers than left-wing rivals, including Rachel Maddow.

The move to cut ties with Carlson has already hit Fox where it hurts.

As Slay News reported earlier, shortly after the news of Carlson’s exit broke, Fox’s share price plummeted.

The financial impact is now set to deepen as Americans take to Twitter to announce they are canceling their Fox Nation subscriptions in protest.

“Fox News,” “Tucker,” “Goodbye,” and related phrases have been trending on Twitter since the news broke.

The social media platform has been flooded with posts from people saying they are boycotting Fox and canceling their subscriptions.

“I just cancelled my Fox Nation subscription with the note: ‘No Tucker Carlson, no Fox Nation subscription. Goodbye,'” journalist Scott Morefield tweeted.

“Who is doing the same?”

Morefield wasn’t alone.

Many others tweeted that they have ditched the streaming network and will no longer watch Fox News.

“Just canceled my Fox Nation subscription. No point in having it w/o Tucker Carlson Originals,” someone wrote.

“Just canceled my subscription to Fox Nation and promptly turned the channel. Only 3 shows interest me – The Five, Jesse Watters and Gutfled! And I can miss these without a problem. I never missed Tucker. What a loss,” someone else wrote.

“Just cancelled @foxnation. They asked why? I said ‘Tucker'” someone else tweeted.

“I cancelled my @foxnation subscription tonight. I only watched Tucker’s show. They will not get another penny. Delete them, too,” another person tweeted.

If the Bud Light saga taught it anything, a boycott from conservatives should not be ignored.
