Lawyer for Mother of Hunter Biden’s Child Breaks Silence: ‘Expect Him to Be Indicted’

The attorney representing the mother of Hunter Biden’s 3-year-old daughter has warned Democrat President Joe Biden to expect his son “to be indicted” soon.

Lawyer Clint Lancaster appeared on CNBC and said he expects Hunter Biden to be indicted for tax fraud.

According to a recent New York Times report, Hunter recently took out a huge loan to pay a $1 million tax bill.

The report revealed that Hunter paid off his back taxes that the Department of Justice had been looking at.

However, the Times notes that paying them will not make the case go away.

The fact that he paid the taxes would help at sentencing, legal experts said.

Attorney Lancaster told CNBC his client, Lunden Roberts, recently testified in Delaware before a federal grand jury in the criminal investigation into the 52-year-old Hunter Biden.

Hunter denied that he was the father of the child until a judge stepped in and made him honor his obligations.

“I expect him to be indicted,” Lancaster said.

“Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”

Lancaster said his client handed over “a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records” to the feds after getting a subpoena.

“They’re all in electronic form,” Lancaster said.

“I would estimate it was anywhere from 10 gigs of data.”

“I saw a lot of information” that is “problematic” for Biden he added.

“I’m not making any statements about what was in the tax records, whether he paid taxes, or whether he didn’t pay taxes,” he added before saying neither he nor his client wants to see Hunter go to jail.

“It’s not my goal, much to the unhappiness of many people in the Republican Party,” he said leaving out the part that if Hunter is locked up his client could get less money.

Elsewhere in the same NY Times report, the bombshell story about Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell” was also confirmed.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tried to dodge questions about Hunter and his laptop after the Biden administration had previously claimed the story was “Russian disinformation.”

Reporter Rob Crilly asked Psaki:

“The New York Times has authenticated emails that appear to have come from a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden in Delaware.

“The president previously said that the New York Post story about this was a bunch of garbage and that it was a Russian plant.

“Does he stand by that assessment?”

Psaki said: “I would point you to the Department of Justice and also to Hunter Biden’s representatives.

“He doesn’t work in the government.”

Philip Wegmann of RealClearNews asked:

“You also in October of 2020 dismissed it as Russian disinformation. Do you stand by that assessment?”

Psaki said:

“Again, I have pointed to the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden’s representatives.

“I am a spokesperson for the United States, he doesn’t work for the United States.
